Another Day, Another Question

One day someone (kinda) told me to support my husband regarding his study, despite of being a new father. Well in fact, i don't think i ever supported him less than what he deserves. Most of the time i cook for him, i clean the house, wash the dishes, do the laundry meanwhile i still regularly breastfeed my baby (except for a month and half post partum i didn't do any housechores). And I leave all my life to be around him. If that is not a form of support, i don't think what it is.

Meanwhile motherhood journey is quite lonely. No one really asked me about how my husband support me for that. People may assume thay it comes naturally that women can be a mother right after the baby born, but the truth is taking care of newborn is not easy. I think every women is deserved to be supported in any way by anyone during her transition for her new role. Is she well-fed? Is she well-rested? Does she need more help?

Life is changing after baby. It is a whole lot more challenging than ever, but it's also soooo much more rewarding. It's such a beautiful beautiful journey indeed 🌸
